What is recorded here
Castle is a tower house in Townparks, County Galway. It stands as a ruined castle marker rather than a complete building, preserving the shape of local defence and residence. The exact chamber, roof and room layout are no longer visible, but the site still belongs to the area and records the tower-house tradition of Galway.
