Castle Park is an Iron Age hillfort in Pembrokeshire, built as a defended enclosure on open land. People may have watched the sea, herded animals or resisted invasion from its ridge. The park still holds that old alertness, waiting for someone to climb its slope and remember the danger it was shaped to answer.
