Terraced three-bay three-storey with attic commercial building, built 1922 in retail use. Mansard roof with flat roofed dormers. Brickwork to upper floors in English garden wall bond. Rendered parapet with moulded capping and plain string course. Moulded rendered architraves and aprons to second floor, middle bay having a moulded cornice. Square headed openings with six over six timber sliding sash windows, tripartite arrangement to middle bay. Later timber shopfront to ground floor, cast-iron balcony railing to first floor middle bay.
Early twentieth century building which remains characteristic despite modifications. Significant to the streetscape and to the character of this part of the city.
