Half-hidden in gorse on a SW-facing slope above the Sheen River, a circular cairn of loose stones marks rough pasture in County Kerry. Larger stones still line its edge, holding the shape against rain and time. A second cairn waits fifty metres to the SSE, as if the valley needed two anchors before it could be remembered.

In rough pasture, on a SW-facing slope, in the valley of the Sheen River. A circular cairn (diam. 4m; H 0.5m) of loose stones which is obscured by gorse. Larger stones are set along the perimeter.
