Carnwhissock is a hidden chamber in County Antrim, built from cleared ground and waiting patience. It is not a casual pile of stones, but a made room beneath the living field. The chamber is narrow and dark, yet deliberate. A person may have entered it during storm, birth, loss or celebration. The chamber does not need a date to be real. It is a room the land kept private.
