Cahermore is a ruined circular cashel in County Galway, its forty-two-metre diameter marked only by a collapsed drystone wall and thick overgrowth. It sits a hundred metres from another fort, suggesting a crowded landscape where human ambition met resistant earth. The stones may have fallen before memory faded, leaving behind a hollow ring that swallows shadow instead of holding life.

Some 100m to the ESE of another cashel (GA104-090----). This poorly preserved circular cashel (diam. c. 42m) is defined by a collapsed drystone wall, which is overlain a later field wall at S.
