Bwrdd Arthur rises to approximately 560 metres and is part of the Carneddau mountain range, composed mainly of volcanic rhyolite. It is associated with Welsh folklore as the "Table of Arthur," believed to be a site linked to King Arthur's legendary feasts. The mountain is significant for its role in local legend and as a notable peak in the Snowdonia National Park.
