In Kenmare golf course. A layer (T 0.4m; L 4m) of burnt material embedded in peaty soil, is exposed on both sides of a V-shaped drain, which is used as a golf bunker. This burnt spread was discovered during land drainage works. Volume I: South-West Kerry' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2009).
