Excavated (E3476) during 2005 by L. Mckinstry as Site 11 at Moneylawn Lower, which was one of the excavations undertaken in advance of the construction of the N11 Arklow-Gorey link road. Situated on a slight S-facing slope. A single shallow pit (dims. 1.7m x 0.55m; D 0.12m) contained sandy clay with charcoal cut in the fire-redened subsoil. (Mckinstry 2008)
