Burnt mound in Greenhills (Cullenwaine parish) is a burnt mound in Greenhills (Cullenwaine parish), County Tipperary, Ireland. The site contained a few pits and a rectangular trough with a dense cluster of stakeholes on the upslope side. A later avenue to Greenhills house cut through the mound, leaving a cambered gravel road with a masonry ha-ha on the southern side and a drainage ditch on the northern side. By 1904 the avenue had gone out of use and was enclosed across the area of Greenhills 2 (W) by a ditch, forming a rectangular garden that ended at a large posthole built shed with some large square posts.

Burnt mound consisted of a few pits and a rectangular trough. Te trough had a dense cluster of stakeholes on the upslope side. The site had been cut through by the original avenue to Greenhills house. The avenue was seen by a cambered road (gravel base) that had a masonry ha-ha on the southern side. The northern side was marked by a drainage ditch. By 1904 the Avenue had gone out of use and was enclosed across the area of Greenhills 2 (W) by a ditch. This appears to have formed a rectangular garden at the end of which was a large posthole built shed (some of the posts were large and square). A burnt mound of the fulacht fiadh type, likely dating to the Bronze Age. Its significance lies in its association with ritual or domestic activities, common in early Irish settlements.
