What is recorded here

In pasture on an E-facing slope. Three fulachta fiadh noted in the 1950s in the vicinity of Crooke church (WA018-023001-) and tower house (WA018-023002-) (NMI file). Not visible at ground level. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Waterford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1999). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research. Date of upload/revision: 23 December 2008 This monument is subject to a preservation order made under the National Monuments Acts 1930 to 2014 (PO no. 22/1976).
