In tillage, on a S-facing slope. An irregularly shaped spread (c. 12m N-S; c. 8m E-W) of heat-shattered stones and charcoal-enriched soil. Another possible burnt mound (CO135-138----) lies is c. 60m to the SSE. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
