Killala town holds a forgotten skull inside a rabbit burrow beside the railway wall, waiting for someone brave enough to stop pretending the dead are invisible. The sea wind still moves through that gap in the earth, carrying the shape of what was lost before it was even named.

This record refers to a human skull, which was found in 1933 in a rabbit burrow adjacent to a railway boundary wall along the sea shore on the outskirts of Killala town.
