Burial in Kilkenny is a burial in Kilkenny, County Roscommon, Ireland. Human remains emerged during foundation digging for a shed around 1980, causing the structure to move south while the precise burial location remained unknown. Additional burials appeared 130 metres west-southwest and 250 metres northeast, possibly belonging to a church site 220 metres north.
On a low NNW-SSE ridge with rock outcrop. There is local information on the discovery of human remains c. 1980 in digging the foundations for a shed which was consequently moved to the S, but their precise location is not known. Burials (RO051-100002-) were discovered c. 130m to the WSW, and a burial (RO051-098---) was discovered c. 250m to the NE. They may have been part of a church site (RO051-009001-) c. 220m to the N.
