Two tall stones stood six feet apart on Kennedy's land, marking a grave where the earth rose between them like a sleeping body. They measured four feet wide and nearly five feet high, thin enough to hide a whisper but broad enough to hold a life. The exact spot has vanished, leaving only the memory of a boundary drawn in stone rather than forgetfulness.

Broker (1937, 25) recorded two standing stones, known locally as 'a grave' in Mr. Kennedy's land in this townland. They stood 6 feet apart and were '4 or 5 ft. high, 4ft. wide and 1ft. thick'.
