Burial in Ballybeagh

According to Healy (1951, 14) in a article on Tullaroan parish, 'Some bronze urns were also found in Ballybeigh...and were sent to the National Museum'. Healy may be referring to the Bronze Age vases which were found in association with a cist (KK017-005----). The urns were likely to contain cremated bones. The cist was located in the NMI files to the neighbouring townland of Blanchfieldsbog, though the exact location of this cist and the urns described by Healy are unknown.
