What is recorded here

Eight rows of small set stones still mark child graves inside a low earthwork in County Galway. The buried children likely belonged to the nearby settlement, yet no adult graveyard appears beside them. That separation suggests children were judged pure enough to rest apart from the dangers adults carried into death.

Within an earthwork (GA058-068001-). It consists of a slightly raised unenclosed subrectangular area (NE-SW 18m, NW-SE 7.8m) within which at least eight rows of small set stones, aligned NE-SW, indicate graves oriented roughly E-W.
