Bully's Acre lies in a woodland clearing on the western bank of the River Nore, where two adolescent skeletons emerged in 2017 before returning beneath the soil. The boys may have played beneath those trees or belonged to a forgotten family, their laughter lost to time but their bones still warm with the certainty of home.

On the W bank of the River Nore, in a clearing in woodland. Known locally as 'Bully's Acre' and traditionally known as a burial ground. The skeletal remains of two adolescent were uncovered in 2017.
