What is recorded here

Milleen and Carrigacat share a boggy burial ground where eleven stones rise or lie broken among rock outcrops. Local story makes the place a clan battle site, with the dead said to rest south and west of the stones. That much is tradition rather than certainty, but the small circle still marks a loss serious enough to be remembered.

In boggy field surrounded by rock outcrops. Eleven upright and fallen stones (H 0.26m-0.83m) concentrated in area c.6m diam.
