What is recorded here
In pasture, on W-facing slope. Marked as 'burial ground for children' in 1841 OS 6-inch map and indicated, with broken line, as horseshoe-shaped area in SE quadrant of rectangular field. This field, which is enclosed by earth and stone bank (H 1.4m), is now inaccessible due to dense overgrowth except on W side where there is a small pond.
