Twenty-one metres of boulders enclose a children's burial ground inside the eastern half of a Galway cashel, marking tiny graves with scattered set stones rather than grand monuments. Two larger slabs and a plain cross at the edge suggest adults still came to tend the dead, leaving a quiet human shadow behind the ancient stones.

Within the E half of a cashel (GA095-005----). This children's burial ground consists of a roughly square area (21m N-S; 21m E-W) delimited by a line of boulders. Within it lie numerous small set stones indicating graves. Two larger slabs are visible at W; immediately to SE is a plain stone cross.
