Single-arch cut limestone bridge, built c.1820. Round-arch with cut-stone voussoirs. Cut-stone walls, piers, impost course, tooled string course and parapet walls. Rubble stone revetments to river bank.
This finely crafted limestone bridge adds interest to the landscape and marks the boundary between two townlands. The masonry is clearly the work of skilled craftsmen, and the cut stone of the bridge contrasts pleasingly with the rubble stone revetments.
