Bunnahola Island

Bunnahola Island floats in County Fermanagh, a small landmass caught between water and memory. The name itself sounds like a breath held too long, as if the island were waiting for someone to remember why it exists. Perhaps it is a place where forgotten things go to drift, untouchable and patient, until a person stands at the water's edge and calls them back.
