Knockadrum keeps a large roughly worked stone with an off-centre basin, now planted with flowers beside the entrance to St Joseph's Church. It may belong to the medieval church, and people may have knelt there, worn the stone smooth, or simply passed it without knowing its age. The basin no longer holds water for prayer, but it still holds life, colour and attention.

Possibly associated with the medieval church (GA125-023001-). On initial inspection in September 1985, this large roughly worked subrectangular bullaun stone (L 0.6m; Wth 0.5m; H 0.45m) was located across the road from church (see GA125-022003- for original location). It was subsequently moved to its present location at the S side of entrance to St Joseph's Church. On re-inspection in July 2011, its off-centre basin (diam. 0.66m) was planted with flowers. Likely dating to the early medieval period, this bullaun stone may have been used for ritual or Christian purposes, such as the preparation of holy water. Such stones are often associated with ecclesiastical sites and local folklore surrounding healing or spiritual practice.
