Detached three-bay single-storey former maritime related building, built c.1930, now in use as house. Recent extension to rear (east). Pitched corrugated-iron roof with metal rainwater goods, timber bargeboards and finials. Corrugated iron walls. Square-headed openings with three-over-three timber sliding sash windows, timber sills and timber lintels. Square-headed opening to entrance with timber battened door and flight of steps.

This modest structure, which was probably originally associated with the maritime activity in the area, is worthy of note due to its corrugated-iron construction. This material became common in Ireland from the middle of the nineteenth century due to its easy transport and construction qualities. However, corrugated-iron buildings are becoming increasingly rare and such structures deserve particular attention and recognition. The retention of original opening materials contribute to its character.
