What is recorded here
Remains of bridge over River Blarney to NE of Blarney Castle (9465, 9642) and immediately to E of tower (CO062-239---). Depicted by Beranger between 1750 and 1765 (Harbison 1991b, 44-5) as ruinous with single semicircular arch with crumbling parapet surviving in the river. S abutment very ruinous but appears to be integral part of lower levels of tower.
