Single-arch humpback limestone railway bridge, built c. 1862. Rusticated walls and rock-faced voussoirs to segmental-headed arches. Ashlar abutments to east and west elevations with copings.

The Great Southern and Western Railway Company erected a number of high quality railway bridges in the nineteenth century. This bridge is no exception, displaying high quality craftsmanship apparent in the rusticated walls and ashlar abutments. This bridge forms part of the Charleville and Patrickswell line and was opened in 1862 by the CLDR (Cork Limerick Direct Railway).
