Single-arch limestone bridge, built c.1845, carrying road over railway line. Roughly coursed limestone parapet walls with tooled limestone coping and quoins.
A well-executed functional structure, whose substantial limestone coping blocks add character and interest to the local landscape. Built to span the railway line, it is a reminder of the former extent of the rail network.
