Boulder-burial in Foildarrig — Report the wrong picture

Foildarrig is a boulder-burial where one large flat stone rests above three smaller stones on the west side of the Aghakista valley. It stands in cut-away bog above Bear Haven, simple enough to be overlooked and deliberate enough to suggest that someone marked a body, a boundary or a remembered event. The valley gives the place its shape: water, slope, horizon and loss.
