Boncan Dinas is a sea cliff located in Gwynedd, composed primarily of Silurian-age volcanic and sedimentary rocks. These rocks formed around 440 to 420 million years ago through volcanic activity and subsequent deposition in a marine environment, and the cliff is notable for its exposure of ancient geological formations along the Welsh coast.
