Bo'ness, Kinneil House

Kinneil House, near Bo'ness, was originally a 15th-century tower house built by the Drummonds, a prominent Scottish noble family, and later expanded in the 16th century as a country house. It is historically significant as the birthplace of James VI of Scotland (later James I of England) in 1566.
