Blackcraig Castle in Limekiln is a 19th-century lime kiln, not a castle at all. The name is a trap for the impatient, but the stones belong to industry and heat. Limekiln sits in Perth and Kinross, where ordinary places often carry grand names because people wanted them to sound important.
