Freestanding square-plan single-bay two-storey lighthouse with metal-framed glazed lantern, built 1936. Constructed by Robert McDonald of Galway. Flat concrete roof with light enclosed in riveted metal-framed glazed housing and surrounding by tubular iron railing balustrade. Rendered walls. Timber matchboard door. Set on concrete plinth. Approached by concrete path and steps.
