Attached three-bay three-storey former house over basement, built c. 1823, now in use as office. Hipped artificial slate roof. Roughly coursed dressed limestone walls with quoins. Cut stone door surround with cornice above, having timber panelled door and overlight. Timber sliding sash windows with cut-limestone block-and-start surrounds. Cast-iron railings to basement area. Cut stone door surround and rubble stone wall to former garden to right.
