What is recorded here

Big Picket Rock is a prominent coastal rock feature composed of Devonian-age sedimentary rock, primarily mudstone and siltstone. It formed around 380 million years ago through the deposition of fine-grained material in a shallow marine environment and is notable for its resistance to erosion, making it a distinctive landmark along the Devon coast.
