Beinn Larachan is a minor peak in the Argyll and Bute region, with an elevation of approximately 500 to 600 metres. It is part of the broader geological formation of the Scottish Highlands, characterised by ancient metamorphic and igneous rocks. While it holds no prominent place in recorded folklore, it contributes to the local landscape's character and may be of interest to hillwalkers and geologists.
