Bay window to west elevation and conservatory to east. Pitched slate roofs having rendered chimneystacks. Rendered walls. Blind double lancet niches to breakfront, east and west elevation. Square-headed openings having replacement uPVC windows and painted sills throughout. Render label mouldings to breakfront, first floor, west elevation, first floor and front elevation, ground floor windows. Square-headed opening to extension having timber panelled door.

Substantial house, characterised by Victorian features such as the complex plan, varied roofline, and ornate render details. Prominently sited, the house is a striking features in the landscape.
