Detached three-bay two-storey with dormer attic house, built c. 1900, with two-storey canted bay window and gabled dormer windows to front (west) elevation. Gabled dormer window to rear (east). Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks, cast-iron rainwater goods and timber bargeboards to dormer windows and gables. Rendered walls. Square-headed opening with one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows, those to first floor having continuous render sill course.
Dormer windows and double height bay window enhance tall form, bay window of unusual almost box plan. Façade enlivened by sill courses and bargeboards. Retains early features such as timber sash windows.
