What is recorded here

Bawn in Balrickard, County Galway, is a small place whose shape and history remain hidden from public view. It may be a field boundary, a forgotten settlement or a landmark lost to time. The absence of record does not mean absence of life. People may have walked past it, named it casually and disappeared into the ordinary flow of Galway towns.
