What is recorded here
Ballyboe, Lisenan, Ballyraine, Farsetmore, Gortlee, Kiltoy, Magheranan and Glebe formed one battlefield where local lives collided before the land smoothed the edges of that violence. The names still belong to the people who lived beside the danger, even when the exact date and the losing side have faded from memory.
