Battle of Mulroy is a major battle site with a checked map point.
The Battle of Mulroy was fought in 1689 between Jacobite forces loyal to James II and government troops supporting William of Orange during the Williamite War in Ireland. The Jacobites were defeated, which weakened their position in the north and contributed to Williamite control over Ulster.
