Barrow is a shallow, overgrown mound on a limestone reef in County Kerry, Ireland, where cattle have trampled ancient stones and a straight wall has cut through the site. It still faces south toward open country, preserving a view even though human hands have damaged the shape. The place records both forgotten burial and later reuse, where memory and farming have collided on the same rocky ground.

'These sites are situated on top of a limestone reef approximately 300m to the west of the cairn/complex [KE038-101----]. These sites have been much denuded because of an attempt to reclaim this reef which is located on a large dairy farm, and have been much trampled by cattle. Also a substantial N-S running stone wall has neatly bisected this reef, and probably utilised stone from the enclosures and banks in its construction. The top of this reef affords unobstructed views in all directions, but the dominant aspect is primarily southwards........a possible barrow occurs on the north-eastern side of the knoll, and is now very overgrown and denuded, and has been truncated by the field wall. A subcircular ditch, 2.00m in width and 0.30m in depth encloses what appears to be a low mound now very overgrown, 12.0m in diameter and rises to 0.60m above the bottom of the ditch.'
