In pasture, 105m E of townland boundary with Mitchelstown East, Barrows (LI049-227/228----) lie 60m to the W and S respectively Not marked on OSi 6-inch maps. Possible ditch-barrow identified as a circular shaped cropmark on Bórd Gáis Éireann Curraleigh West-Limerick gas pipeline aerial photographs (BGE 1/5000; 2580, Site 231) taken 03/11/1984. Monument visible as a circular cropmark (diam. c. 5m) on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 20011-13 and clearly visible on Google Earth orthoimage date 18/11/2018.
