What is recorded here

It is best visible on the 2013 to 2018 Mapgenie aerial imagery but is also evident on the 1996 to 2000 MapGenie aerial imagery'.    Compiled by: Caimin O'Brien based on details provided by Dr Séamus Ó Murchú
Ditch barrow, likely dating to the Early Bronze Age. Its significance lies in its association with early funerary and ritual practices in the region, though its exact role and context remain poorly understood due to limited excavation.
