Ballygorey Well is a closed holy well in County Carlow, Ireland. It is no longer open to view, but it remains marked as a ritual site. The closure suggests the water, stones or meaning withdrew from ordinary sight rather than disappearing.

Ballygorey Well, also known as Baunogephlure, is associated with Saint Bono or Bionóg, a lesser-known early Irish saint. The well was traditionally visited for its healing properties, particularly for skin ailments and eye complaints, and was likely a site of seasonal pilgrimage and ritual cleansing.
