Ballindalloch Castle

Ballindalloch Castle was originally a medieval tower house that was later expanded into an 18th-century country house by the Mackenzie family, who held the estate for centuries. It is important as a historic seat of one of Scotland's prominent noble families and as an example of the evolution of Scottish domestic architecture.
