Baildon Bank is a sea cliff or coastal rock feature composed primarily of Carboniferous limestone, formed around 340 to 320 million years ago through the accumulation of marine sediments. It is notable for its role in the local geology of the Bradford area and as a visible example of the region's ancient marine history.
