What is recorded here

Bá na Scealg in County Kerry is a coastal rock feature composed primarily of basalt, formed during the Paleogene period through volcanic activity. The rock is notable for its columnar jointing, a result of ancient lava flows cooling and contracting, creating distinctive hexagonal columns common in parts of the Atlantic margin.
