Half-buried in the east wall of St John the Baptist, the assumption panel still points upward. It left the Dominican friary before the church stood, carrying a ghost of that lost house into new stone.

This record is for a 15th century rectangular 'assumption panel' which is set into the N facing wall on the E side of the Church of St John the Baptist. Its original position is not known but it probably came from the medieval Dominican friary (KE029-236001-).
