Baurroe holds two broken pinnacle fragments from the Feakle Church tower, built in 1824 and demolished in the 1950s. They stood roadside as ornamentation until toppled in the 1990s, reducing sacred ambition to scattered stone. What remains is not grandeur but contrast: church height became ground-level debris, and memory now depends on imagining the shape lost.

Two fragments from one of the four pinnacles that formerly adorned the tower of the C of I church (CL028-003001-) in Feakle: the church, built 1824, was demolished in the 1950s (SMR file).
